 Tim is a driving force in logistics and supply chain strategy, with over 20 years of experience pushing boundaries and solving complex operational challenges. Known for his hands-on leadership, 

Tim helps organizations cut through inefficiencies, optimize supply chains, and unlock growth. Tim’s career spans leadership roles in both private and public sectors, including overseeing large-scale supply chain networks, company re-brands, leveraging multi-modal logistics, infrastructure builds, and critical logistics during high-stakes operations. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led the planning and execution of sample transportation across Canada, coordinating with provincial governments, healthcare agencies, and national and local carriers to deliver over three million time-sensitive specimens. His leadership during this period earned recognition for operational excellence and crisis response.

Tim holds a CCLP designation from CITT, which includes education in business and transportation law, integrated logistics, micro and macro economics, and business management. Tim brings unmatched industry insight and operational depth to his clients. 

In addition to his consulting work, Tim is a mentor and educator, working with colleges and training institutions to develop micro-credential programs in transportation and supply chain. He is passionate about leadership development and regularly coaches emerging leaders in logistics roles.

Based in Manitoba, Tim continues to shape the future of logistics through innovation, education, and hands-on operational excellence—driving value not just for today’s supply chain, but for what’s next.

Victor brings over 15 years of diverse experience in procurement, international trade, and supply chain management, having held strategic positions throughout his career. His extensive experience spans global operations, delivering significant cost reductions and operational enhancements. 

 With a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and global logistics, Victor has worked with organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve supply chain resilience.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Diploma in Business Administration, and he is professionally accredited as both a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) and a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP-FIBP). 

 Notable achievements include outsourcing an entire Distribution Centre and spearheading international strategic sourcing projects in Europe, Canada, the USA, and ASIA. Additionally, he has successfully implemented and developed technology to enhance inventory, logistics and transportation efficiencies. 

Beyond his consulting work, Victor is passionate about education and knowledge-sharing. He serves as an instructor at institutions such as the University of Winnipeg, the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology, and the World Trade Centre Winnipeg, where he helps equip future professionals and entrepreneurs with practical, real-world supply chain skills.

Based in Winnipeg, Victor continues to help companies of all sizes adapt to evolving market demands by building strategic, scalable, and sustainable supply chains.
