Tim is the Co-Owner and Co-Owner at CentreCan, where he specializes in providing customized 4PL supply chain management, warehousing optimization, and interim leadership services. 

With over 20 years of senior experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations, Tim brings a proven track record of delivering measurable results in complex, fast-moving environments.

Throughout his career, Tim has successfully led multimillion-dollar infrastructure and logistics projects, including large-scale warehouse builds, electronic logging device (ELD) implementations, and national distribution frameworks. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a pivotal role in designing and executing logistics frameworks that ensured the safe and efficient transport of over three million critical medical specimens across Western Canada.

A Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP), Tim is recognized for his ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence. He has extensive experience working with private companies, government organizations, and not-for-profits, aligning diverse stakeholders, and navigating regulatory frameworks to achieve shared goals.

Tim is committed to building resilient, future-ready supply chains that are efficient, sustainable, and scalable, while also mentoring the next generation of supply chain leaders.

Victor is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of CentreCan. He brings over 15 years of diverse experience in procurement, international trade, and supply chain management, having held strategic positions throughout his career. His extensive experience spans global operations, delivering significant cost reductions and operational enhancements. 

 With a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and global logistics, Victor has worked with organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve supply chain resilience.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Diploma in Business Administration, and he is professionally accredited as both a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) and a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP-FIBP). 

 Notable achievements include outsourcing an entire Distribution Centre and spearheading international strategic sourcing projects in Europe, Canada, the USA, and ASIA. Additionally, he has successfully implemented and developed technology to enhance inventory, logistics and transportation efficiencies. 

Beyond his consulting work, Victor is passionate about education and knowledge-sharing. He serves as an instructor at institutions such as the University of Winnipeg, the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology, and the World Trade Centre Winnipeg, where he helps equip future professionals and entrepreneurs with practical, real-world supply chain skills.

Based in Winnipeg, Victor continues to help companies of all sizes adapt to evolving market demands by building strategic, scalable, and sustainable supply chains.
